I am European, I have never heard of such a thing, none of my family, friends, or my doctor/fertility specialist has ever said this to anyone I know. Here it is either - there is a medical reason you are infertile or you are having trouble getting pregnant alone w/ no medical reason so they give assistance to get pregnant (clomid, <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>, whatever you decide to do). There is no "you aren't pregnant because you try too hard." Any Europeans here that can second this? America - you have interesting medical ideas🤷
