Wisdom teeth!

Has anyone any tips on how to ease wisdom tooth pain? I have one that is cutting through and not sure what is best to take or put on it to ease the pain a little.

Edit- I should mention I'm in the UK, usually we only remove wisdom teeth as a last resort. I already have 2 that came through a few years ago but cant remember what I used to ease the pain.
