Please help!

I lost my pregnancy on November 6th when I was six weeks , They never followed my levels down to zero ( I just never showed up to the appointments because I was too distraught and now I know why I should’ve gone..) but I had a period around December 9th ish

I took the top test first and the bottom one second, theyre 24 hours apart, I know that’s not 48 hours, but can you see a line?

Do you think it could be leftover hormones?
