so a little background

i work with this boy, i’ve known him for about 5 months now. him and i hit it off really quickly and got along extremely well right of the bat. everyone at work would say that him and i were flirting or we were gonna get married ( mind you these people are 30+ ). when he doesn’t come to work or he’s in after me everyone asks me where he is, etc... him and i text occasionally and he seems like he shows interest but i’m not sure?? we had a christmas party at work and he sat right next to me ( there was about 20+ people there and multiple other seats ) we spent the night laughing, he was taking videos and pictures of me and we had a few ‘deep’ talks. fast forward to abt two weeks ago, randomly he texts me if he should ask this girl out and i said idk if you like her then sure, he said he didn’t know and hit me with ‘lol’. a few days after i told him that i had a crush on him and then i kinda just walked away because we were at work and we probably would’ve gotten in trouble if we were gone too long. i know it was wrong to tell him at work but i didn’t wanna do it over text. things got a little weird w us but things started to pick back up and he’s been flirting w me again?? he introduced me to his brother in front of everyone at work and i’ve met his dad but it just seems weird. he hasn’t said anything about feelings but he keeps flirting w me?? i feel like he feels kinda weird because im a year older than him, go to a different school and i’ll be leaving for college next year. i need advice ladies!! help!!
