Lost my first baby around this time

I am stressed😰 I am currently 19week 5 days my last pregnancy I was 19weeks 6 days when they told me I had lost my mucus plug and I was starting to dilate I lost my daughter at 20 weeks and 2 days I can not help but to think the worst I have been having aches and pains and lots of discharge no blood so doctors say I’m fine to relax but I can not help myself from feeling this fear and stress I got a cerclage put in at 13 weeks and I pray everything works anybody else has or is experiencing this?
