Usually 11-12 hours now that acid reflux is under control. But baby only naps max 2 hours during the day.

Go to bed at 7pm. Wakes up at 8 to eat and go to sleep again up to 11am

I chose 7-8 hours because that’s what it usually is but the past two weeks we’ve been in the regression and most nights I’m lucky for a 3 hour stretch.
