I really need some help :(

My period is 5 days late but I’ve been really unwell (I think with a stomach bug) and have been vomiting, nauseous, cramping and have had diarrhea.

Just a couple of hours ago I went to the bathroom and had a light pink stain on my undies that is bigger than just a spot but no where near as heavy as a usual period.

Nothing comes out when I pee (like blood or clots) and when I wipe there’s just brown discharge mixed with a bit of blood.

Should I treat this as my period or should I write a couple of days and test?

I have a regular period too btw.
