Anyone Get Pregnant with 1 Fallopian Tube?

Long story made short, had a major surgery at 14 years old where one of my Fallopian tubes was removed. I know it’s going to be more difficult for me to get pregnant (in addition to being 34), and looking for any women on here that have had a child with one Fallopian tube.

Did you use IVF or did you naturally conceive? Thank you to anyone that responds.
