Low milk supply
My bubba is 9 days old now and i still havent had all my milk fully come in, when i express i can only express around 15ml per breast with a spectra breast pump. what has worked for you if you have had low milk supply? I am taking lactation cookies and fenugreek to try and boost but it hasnt worked 😭😢😫
