Hysterical baby temperament

Does anyone else have a baby who only ever cries hysterically? My daughter is 5 months now and she’s generally a super happy smiley baby but whenever she needs something, literally anything, she cries hysterically. There is no build up, no whine, just hysteria. I have a 21 month old too and she was not like that as an infant. Could this just be her temperament or is there something potentially wrong?

Update: I guess I am slightly worried about long term side effects from having received tertbutaline shots multiple times during the last two months of my pregnancy with her.
