Possible miscarriage

I was about 3-4 weeks late for my period (never got it in December) and i took a test it was negative. Friday night i was in horrible pain up all night with terrible cramps and bleeding. I couldn’t get comfortable. Sunday and today ive been uncomfortable and bloated and still bleeding. Tonight i had a lot of pressure so i went to the bathroom and sat down and put toilet paper under me to see how much i was bleeding and this came out. I of course started examining it and put it on a new piece of paper but I’m pretty sure i just miscarried about 7 weeks in.
