Leg pain

I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this. I’m almost 31 weeks and I was diagnosed with sciatica in my right leg at my 30 week appointment. Last night I felt a really weird pain in my right knee, that felt like something was cutting off circulation, even though nothing was. That pain also transferred over to growing pains. Now today it’s my left knee and foot. First the cut off of circulation and now I’m having intense growing pains. Could it just be from all the extra weight I’m gaining? Or something else? I have my 32 week appointment next week and I was going to ask then anyways, but I’m curious if anyone else has experience this.
