Can someone, anyone please tell me that this has happened to them and they've had a healthy pregnancy.

When I was 6 weeks, I got discharge with brown in it and thought ok I'm sure everything's fine

And then 8 weeks again. Thought nothing

10 weeks, now its spotting just brown so I got checked and everything was ok. I had a uti took my meds( didnt finish them since I had missed a day) I'm ok

13 weeks spotting red, went to my doctor she found the heartbeat right away.

Now I'm 13 weeks and 6 days pregnant. My kid (2 yr old) rams his head into my pelvic, I felt pain but it went away. I get home from the store and ran to the bathroom thinking I'm peeing myself only to find red blood everywhere. Yep, in the bowl, on my pants, on my legs EVERYWHERE. I call my husband, he takes me to the ER. They run test, do an ultrasound. Babys ok. They dont know why I'm bleeding but now I have a UTI again. She said it could be a miscarriage but for now everything's ok. Im crying here just wondering and praying what the outcome will be. Praying I can keep my 2nd child and just wondering why this is happening.

Please anyone I need hope. I know God is doing all he can but I just need stories of successful pregnancies. Please
