HELP!!! spotting now bleeding 2 weeks before af.

So I got pregnant in October miscarried in November got my normal period when it was due in December had unprotected sex after period now a little less than 2 weeks till af is due and yesterday started brown light spotting today turned into red bleeding not heavy but not super light either it puddles a little in the toilet after going pee and it leaked a little in my panties.. Is it implantation bleeding or period or miscarriage??
