I have a cold and can’t sleep, what can I take?

Im 6.5 weeks pregnant.
I read no NyQuil.
My nose gets so stuffed at night to where I can’t breathe. My eyes will not stop watering. Sneezing. What can I take to help? During the day and at NIGHT?

Try Vick’s! Rub it under your nose. Run a humidifier or take a hot shower, use a nedipot, and drink TONS of HOT tea:)

Please do not put Vicks vapo rub directly under your nose!  It can cause more respiratory issues. Just put it on the chest or better yet get a Vicks vaporub humidifier. Best thing to help with congestion. Also a good saline spray to clean out your sinuses in your face.

I have a cold too. Can’t breathe and have a headache that Tylenol is not helping. I’m going to take a benedryl tonight in hopes of getting some rest because not many true cold medicines are safe.

Dr recommended 2 benadryl before bed so that I can sleep. Hot tea with honey, humidifier, cough drops without menthol, you can also take the cold eze tablets that help shorten your cold

I was taking robitussin, nasal spray, Sudafed and Zyrtec because of the antihistamines and Vick’s vapor rub. All on my drs approved list

I think you can take Mucinex. I know you can take robitussin and use nasal spray. You might also consider Breathe Right strips. Those have been really helpful for me.
