Light 4 day period/spotting

So I started a day late. I spotted for half a day, and then the following 2 days I had very light on and off bleeding- I only needed a liner and it was only when I peed/wiped. Today it has let up again and it’s mostly spotting and I have had pelvic pains, on and off nausea, and a little moody.

My periods are normally regular and require multiple pads/tampons.

I’m getting a little nervous and need feedback from you guys

Any opinions/thoughts/suggestions?
