C-Section Recovery Time

Hi Ladies,

Just wondering how long everyone’s partners are intending to take off work to assist after a planned c-section? I’ve got a 3 year old daughter who I birthed naturally, so I am unsure how much assistance I may need from my Husband whilst in recovery this time. My Husband is a contractor so ideally we don’t want him missing too much work however I hear that c-sections can take a lot longer to recover from. Any tips on recovery would be appreciated too?
