Just curious if it’s really true that you’re more likely to get pregnant when you’re “not trying.” I feel like it stresses me out more to not know where I’m at in my cycle.

I got pregnant first cycle with two babies, but we really weren’t “trying” per se￼. We just weren’t preventing. With my two other pregnancies we were actively trying and it took two cycles.

I became absolutely obsessed with trying to the point where I wasn’t enjoying sex anymore. It just felt so mechanical. Me and my partner decided to stop focusing so much on getting pregnant and just enjoy being with each other again. I got pregnant the same month x

It depends who you ask. But stress of trying takes some people out. So they have to not try. If there are people who can manage their stress, it doesn't bother them. And if you ask people who are trying for a while and trying for a little, they probably all can give different answers.
