Paragard Removal/Ovulation/Menstruation

I had my IUD removed at the end of December while I was on my period. I ovulated, but have not gotten my next cycle yet. I took two pregnancy tests between 9-12 days DPO and both were negative. I had unprotected sex with my partner during the peak of my ovulation and we used withdrawal as our method of BC.

Does anyone have any helpful information? I’m worried about pregnancy, and my cycle returning to normal post-removal. I am not experiencing any symptoms of menstruation or pregnancy. I have an appt with my OBGYN on the 21st.
