I just Zillowed some areas, (probably not the affordable ones) but holy cow, $1million+ for single family homes that aren’t mini-mansions?? #GodBlessTexas

That's why we left this summer... I def miss my husband's bay area salary (and mine!)... But we were able to buy a home where we moved and are close to do much family now.

incomes are pretty high there but still! we used to live in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was 1700 a month!
