Anyone just feel pregnant before positive bfp?

Normally I am sure my tests will be negative. And almost all week I’ve not been surprised that they are, but something changed today. I just feel like I’m going to see a positive. I’ve just felt off and my brain is literally only half working..I feel in a fog (which is weird for me). I’ve had a metallic (or I noticed it “hairspray”) taste in my mouth all day, and have just overall felt weird or different. It’s probably all in my head, and I’ll probably be disappointed e when I see a bfn, but I’m curious... Anyone have these feelings before seeing a bfp?
