Pcos- 4 years trying to conceive no luck

Hi Ladies,

I’ve being diagnosed with pcos going on 4 years but I have a 6 year old so I’m not sure what happened. I’ve tried provera to induce periods and letrozole and clomid rounds at highest doses nothing has worked I don’t ovulate. Periods come once in a while on their own. I can’t seem to get ovulation or see when I’m ovulating I’ve tested sometimes for a whole 30 days. Has anyone’s dr recommended anything else that was successful? I am desperate and I’m 29 idk how much longer I can do this :(
