Further along than what i think?

I’ve been TTC for 5 months. I got my positive on Monday and going to the doctor on Friday.

My boobs are already fuller and heavier and my stomach is rounder. I’m so extremely tired.

I had what i thought was my period starting Dec. 5th and lasted 4 days (only 1 day was truly heavy). All December I was battling nausea off and on and upset stomach. I have had major acid reflux since end of March.

I’m just wondering if that might have actually been implantation bleeding although I didn’t get a positive pregnancy test until the other day. (I did test positive on the frer line test 2 days before getting positive opk in December). But then the rest were negative until this week.

What is your experiences with this? And what were/are your symptoms 4 weeks vs. 9 weeks?
