So I have this best friend and she would tell me some pretty nasty things, and I thought she was just kidding but she wasn’t. So when we had a sleepover she started touching me and started licking my ear, and at that point I was blacked out, I didn’t know what to do. However, it seems like you weren’t sober when this happened, which means you might not have been fully able to give consent, which could be a problem. So you would also be valid in feeling uncomfortable, angry, hurt, or unhappy with how things went down. 
Or if you feel a confusing mix of emotions that’s also valid. Bottom line, you are allowed to feel however you feel about the situation. It might help to talk to someone you trust about it what happened to help you process. And if you plan on having any more sexual encounters with this person in the future, it might be worth it to have a conversation about what you are comfortable with.
