HELPPPP
So I’ve been eating healthy and watching calories, along with working out. I’ve lost 4 lbs so far and started a week ago.
So far I’ve not had any issues other than wanting to snack in the evenings or late at night. I will have a snack around 7 but it will be fruit or yogurt. But y’all I just REALLY want some hot Cheetos. Okay so I know they’re not healthy obviously. But will having a handful hurt? I just don’t want to gain anything back. Please help I’m not sure if I’m being too hard on myself or not hard enough.
