Need help

My lmp was 11/14 and lasted until 11/18. Unless I’m on birth control I’m never regular. I had a positive opk on 12/22 (see attached below) and I’ve taken tests and had negatives since. Should I take another test and if it’s negative call my doctor? I’ve been trying to regulate myself without birth control but I’m so lost on what to ask for.
