Could I really be Prego????

Hi everyone, its been exactly three years ago since i was here trying to figure out if i was pregnant or not. And we surly had a healthy baby girl :)

Now.. we did have sex approximately the same day we did three years ago, and my cycle was exactly the same. This time around we are not exactly trying yet for #2 and he pulled out. (We are together for 7 years and this has been working for us) so now... i feel the same symptoms.. my boobs swell up right away (just like the first time around) body temperature is slightly higher (just like last time) feeling tired.. i still have to wait about 7/8 days to see if my period comes.. just wondering if this really could be true?? Excited if i am but technically, could i really be tho! Lol cant wait to find out
