Opinions please !! Super nervous !

I had blood work done at exactly 6 weeks and it came back 69479 and progesterone 30. My first ultrasound is only next week. The Mid Wife told me it looks great but when I checked the charts some show that it’s high. My LMP was November 26. The Mid wife also mentioned I might be a little further than 6 weeks could I have just ovulated early ? I’m super nervous because I had a Mc back in April due to triploidy but it was not molar nor partial molar pregnancy. But that pregnancy never had high numbers to begin with. I’m hoping and praying it’s just a really healthy pregnancy! Any opinions would be greatly appreciated ! Thank you ladies ! I always find great support on here !
