Time for a new baby?

I got a mirena iud placed maybe 3 months ago and my husband has kept telling me the past week to get it taken out so we can try for another baby. Our daughter is 9 months old and I am starting a new job feb 10. I knew I wanted to be there long enough to receive PTO if I were to have another baby and I get it 180 days after I start so I know I’ll be able to get it before I had the baby if I were to get pregnant right now. It took me 6 months to get pregnant with my daughter though. Am I crazy for considering it? I know I want my kid’s to be close in age but is this too soon? I kind of want to do it! I am only 20 though and my husband is 21 are we too young? Too soon? Or is it perfect??
