Implantation Bleeding turned into BFP??

Question

Has anyone had implantation bleeding turned into their bfp and if so has anyone has heavy(ish) bleeding not just the conventional spotting??

I had heavy implantation bleeding! I thought I got my period it was so heavy and bright red. Just had an ultrasound Monday and I’m 7 weeks pregnant and baby is healthy with a strong heartbeat ☺️

I never got heavy Bleeding , i had pink spotting , then the same day I took a test (positive )when my cycle was suppose to start  I had red spotting then it stopped
