What are the best hormone free birth control?

I have recently stopped taking my birth control pill and am looking for options that are hormone free as I have been on the pill for 13 years and want to get my body into a healthy state. I find condoms to be a bother as the sensation is totally different and the texture and smell isn’t very nice. Any other ideas?
