Subchoronic Hematoma and pelvic rest..

I’ve been constipated for a couple of days, and I’m under pelvic rest due to a Subchoronic hematoma. I’ve been having pretty heavy bleedings, then I don’t bleed at all, then I bleed brown, then pink, etc.

When I’m strained and I’m have to push harder I tend to bleed. But there’s nothing I can do about it. I have to poop!

Does straining during a BM cause strain/pressure on the pelvis?

Anyone have a similar situation? Maybe someone that has had a healthy baby. I’m desperate, scared, stressed, depressed... I get an u/s every Monday.. and waiting between Monday’s is the worst.. I’m currently 7w4d

I would like to mention I haven’t had any major pain, just little tugs here and there but nothing painful at all.
