5 week old and hard time pooping
How can I relieve it? I mostly breastfeed and supplement with formula. My 5 week old has been straining to poop. I’ve tried warm baths, rotating his legs, pushing his knees up to his chest, gentle stomach and pelvic massages (which helped before but not now). I just feel so bad for him. Edit: he finally pooped. Boy was it smelly and explosive!
