Spotting?

Idk whether to classify this as spotting or discharge but when I wake up in the morning to go pee, I have light light light brown discharge. Then after that, I’m fine and it’s clear or white. I know brown discharge is old blood but I’m just wondering why I would be bleeding. I haven’t had sex and no vigorous activity other than like shopping or doing errands. I’m 15 weeks and seems like i just noticed this in my second trimester. Ty.
