I need some help

So I’ve discovered I’m not fully protected by FMLA at my job I’m a housekeeper and I’m almost 14 weeks and I haven’t told my boss in fear of losing my job because I’m pregnant. What are the rules that you may know that will help me? I learned that when I have my baby I will possibly lose my job and then have to be rehired and retrained. I feel lost and need advice and some rules that are known.
