Epidural

Does anyone have back pain/soreness in your lower back where the epidural was placed? Especially after sitting/standing for extended periods of time?

After sitting for a while it takes me a few steps before I can straighten all the way up. Generally, it’s just achy/sore all the time.

Any remedies to help that you’ve found to soothe it?

I had an emergency c-section but placement of the spinal went smoothly so just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.
