Kinda off topic here...

Kinda off topic here...this past Lunar Eclipse/ Wolfmoon has brought with it the loss of my mother. I am seeking advice as to how to cope as a pagan. I want to toss a wand of sage in her casket- but, idk if that would be appropriate. My mother died a Christian and my family is Christian/ Catholic. Would this be disrespectful? This would be my first funeral for someone close to me. My grandmother passed shortly after I gave birth to my son in Florida. My pagan beliefs stem from a blend Nordic and Druid. I mean- she is MY mother. Sadly, no one cared about her like I did either.
