Boils

So I have had these boils on the front part of my lips on my vagina for about 4 years now and it was tht bad before I would take a hot bath or drain them and it would go away but as of right now they are really inflamed and hurt no matter what I do I can’t work tight clothes or loose cuz it hurts so bad and ruins my underwear cuz it will pop but I mostly can’t wear tight clothes cuz it will hurt to bad so I don’t know what to do I have gone to a doctor but all she said was I can’t do anything cuz there not inflamed rn
