Not working?

So I have been with my boyfriend for 2 years. We have 5 month old girl. And I have 2 from previous relationship. He has 4 kids from previous marrigae but can't see them because his ex signed them over to her parents while he was Im jail and she was still on heroin. Anyways. I work full-time. 630-4 m-f. I cook everyday clean on weekends. All by myself. He got back on heroin but went to detox because I have up on him and kicked him out. he's been clean for a month now. He has warrents again. So I refuse for him to drive around with kids and have them taken. But he also refuses to stay home to watch them. So I pay my friend to. He was suppose to turn himself in but now doesn't want to. Or at least "on his terms and when he is ready" but yeah I say hey a job and help me. Amd always.comes up with an excuse. I have a budget plan. And he always screws it up

Wastes gas. Idk what to do. Its like I'm single. I feel used. I know I should leave but idk maybe just scared to be alone with 3 kids
