30 week PAIN yall

I had a baby a year ago but I think my brain has blocked the memory of how painful this time is supposed to be lol. My tiny cabbage turned 30 weeks today and all of a sudden I have the WORST lightning crotch constantly and my pelvic area and lower abdomen hurt so bad I can’t walk. SOS. I’ve had a pretty easy pregnancy up until today. It’s like period cramps plus a baby kicking my vagina. I’m currently in the bath. Anyone know what I’m talking about or able to offer advice on how to make this stop?🙃
