24 weeks and Anterior Placentas

Lauren

Hey ladies. I am now 24 weeks along with di di twins and have two anterior placentas. I started feeling the twins move pretty early. The movements got very strong over the past two weeks but have always been intermittent. They usually move a ton for a couple days then are very quiet for a couple days. Although, it seemed like the quiet days were getting less and less over the past two weeks until two days ago. I have hardly felt them at all and when I do, the movements aren’t as strong or as frequent. I have a Doppler and both heartbeats are there and strong. I am absolutely terrified of having a stillbirth and going into premature labor. The further along I get I assume I should feel them move all the time or 10 kicks per hour like my doctor said. Has anyone experience this with their twins and had anterior placentas? I know that can make it harder to feel sometimes. Thanks.
