First real period PP

OMG! I forgot how horrible periods could be.

The cramping...🐍

The bleeding...🦈

The constipation...😫

And the pooping!!! 💩

I've only had light spotting once at 11 months pp. I'm now almost 13 months PP and it's the big one!

My colon hurt so bad yesterday from constipation and cramps. Around 4 am I took a stool softener/laxative. 9 am I started drinking coffee. Finally have some movement! But wow, I did not miss any of this.
