Could I be pregnant?

I’m on the pill and take it everyday at the exact same time. My boyfriend wears condoms and pulls out before finishing. I typically check the condom when we are done and this last time I had sex was no exception. On New Year’s Day, we had sex, which also happened to be the last day of my period CD 5 and I was on my placebo week. Exactly a week later, I had some spotting CD 12. Could that have been implantation spotting, or ovulation spotting? So what’s even weirder is that I sometimes take ovulation test when I think I am going to be sexually active and Thursday and Friday CD 13 and 14 I had high ovulation tests. They weren’t darker then the control line but they were pretty close. I’m freaking out, does that mean I could have ovulated. I was already paranoid anyways so my boyfriend and I didn’t have sex. I took an ovulation test today and it was considered low. I know that me getting pregnant on the last day of my period would be pretty crazy considering all the forms of birth control we used, but why would I have spotted??? This Wednesday it will be exactly two weeks since I last had sex so I am taking a pregnancy test. My period isn’t due for another 11 days.
