Sex talk

Hello! I am 17 years old in grade 12 and I feel mature for my age, I think 17 just sounds very young. I have a boyfriend and am hoping to start becoming sexually active with him. I AM on the pill and we would use condoms. I am just worried because my mom has not given me the sex talk and I am scared and feel I need her approval (we don’t talk a lot about that stuff, she never brings it up) . I also watch so many videos on teen pregnancy and don’t want my life to be wrecked. I just need some mom or adult advice on what to do
