Good time to go back to work?
I have a 3 year old and a 5 month old baby. I've been wanting to get back out into the working field for some time now but my 5 month old is very attached to me. He's also breastfeeding and often too. My mom told me to work again when he's at least one, as he's too small for me to leave him right now. How old is a good age for a baby or kid to be to go back to work?
