Storytime..

So last night I had a dream about my coworker and classmate that I went out with him. I did this while I knew I had a boyfriend. I knew I was cheating on him in the dream and I still kissed the classmate. It makes me feel weird and disloyal that I thought of this. But I cant stip thinking about that kiss and I hate myself for it. I hate that I even thought if it. I just really am upset at myself. Help plz
