Help!

So I recently had a period from December 28, 2019 to January 1, 2020. All this past week I’ve had egg whites, slimy mucousy Looking discharge. Yesterday my uterus area was extremely tender, and would cause a random pains when I would sit down a certain way. Today that pain is gone, but I noticed my discharge has had a light brownish possibly light reddish tint to it. My period isn’t due for two more weeks. Could this mean I’m pregnant?
