Aching ovaries/uterus 2dpo??

Question

So I ovulated 12/01 and all that day and since then I have twinges to right had side lower abdo and heavy aching feeling in uterus. What is this? I’ve never had this after ovulation. Me and hubby are TTC and DTD every day. Surely I wouldn’t feel anything now though?!

I’m completely new to all of this lol. So if we did the deed in the run up to the day of surge (Sunday) and day after then does that mean we should have kept doing the deed? Is this cycle lost? Xx

You ovulate 12-36 hours after the positive

I tracked ovulation with tests though 🤷🏼‍♀️ my peak surge was Sunday then tested negative Monday morning so this has threw me! So confused xx
