Which BBT should I use for Jan 11 and Jan 12? See photo!!
To be most accurate, I know bbt wants a reading after 3-6 hours of sleep (first wake up times), but also wants reading similar in times each day (7ish times). I started recording bbt this cycle, and because I’m still bf, I wake up multiple times a night. Toddler is bed-sharing, so I can grab the thermometer without getting up or speaking, etc. I don’t have an alarm on weekends and am never sure what time it is or if I’m actually getting up for the day, so I end up taking my temp more than once. What have you other bf mamas relied on? After getting my period back in August but not getting pregnant, I’m really just trying to see if I’m even ovulating. TIA!!
