Advice .. before I lose it

I had to go to the ER on Sunday due to bleeding . Babies both okay , & cervix shut .

My obgyn today did a quick ultrasound & saw that baby A is already head down in my pelvis ...I feel like that is so soon & thought my mind was making me nuts thinking I had ‘lightening crotch”

I’m only going to be 17 weeks tomorrow ... is this normal or acceptable. Idk the word I’m looking for . My visit today made me more nervous than optimistic considering I’ve been put on light duty & no work until my next appointment in two weeks . 😥😥
